Who processes the data
Data from the request form is processed by :company as the provider of the SayFIXED platform. For guest data submitted through the hotel system, the hotel is the controller.
What we collect from the form
Hotel name, contact person, work email, optionally a phone number, an approximate number of rooms and a message. Separately we record how you reached the page, if you allowed measurement.
What we use it for
Only to answer your pilot request and arrange the onboarding. We do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for as long as the commercial conversation requires. The final period is set during the legal review.
